Do you want to become a participant?
To participate in one of the ESE forums, you need to make a number of simple actions:

Application form
Apply for participation in the event of interest and send us the completed excel format form and a signed scan of the Application. The application form can be found in the Documents section.

Agreement
We work with companies that are residents of the Russian Federation under an offer agreement. There is also the possibility of concluding a bilateral agreement: signing by EDI, or on paper

Payment
Participation is paid by wire transfer in the amount of 100% prepayment. We provide closing documents upon the provision of the service in a convenient way for you: EDI, mail, or at an event

Participation in the forum
A signed application and payment for the service are guarantees of your participation. Registration for the event (receipt of a badge, participant package) takes place directly on the site on the first day of the forum

Thank you so much for organizing the forum! A wonderful hotel has been chosen: a place for both work and leisure. Communication with colleagues was very informative and enriching. The regatta is fantastic, especially for us, the daughters of the steppes! I would like to express my gratitude to all the organizers of the forum, everything was held at the highest level!!! We are waiting for the next forum!!

Замечательная идея, позволяющая за два вечера почувствовать реальное единение нашей большой страны, почувствовать и постараться решить наболевшие проблемы, обсудить уже в кругу друзей актуальные вопросы, заключить партнёрские договора.
