1.  General provisions

3. Information received by the Contractor

3.1. The Contractor collects, accesses and uses the User's personal data for the purposes defined by the Policy, in accordance with the Policy and Consent to the processing of personal data, technical and other information related to the User..

3.3. The User gives the Contractor unconditional consent to the processing of his Personal Data specified in clause 3.2. of this Policy, provided during registration and/or authorization on the Internet resource, as well as the use of payment systems by the User, including the transfer of such personal data to third parties in fulfillment of agreements between the Contractor and the User, as well as in order to implement partnership programs with such third parties. Consent to the processing of personal data is expressed by ticking a box when sending any web form from an Internet resource, as well as clicking on the button to send an email containing the User's personal data to the corporate email address.

3.4. Processing of User's personal data means recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of User's personal data that do not fall under special categories for processing by the Contractor, according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the User's written consent is required.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

4.2. The Contractor does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by Users, the legal capacity of Users.

5. Legal basis for processing personal data

5.1. The Contractor processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the Internet resource, using the payment system on the Internet resource. By filling out the appropriate forms and/or sending their personal data to the Contractor, the User expresses his consent to this Policy.

5.2. The Contractor processes depersonalized data about the User if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (saving cookies and JavaScript technology is enabled).

6. The procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of personal data processing

6.1. The security of personal data processed by the Contractor is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

6.2. The Contractor ensures the safety of Personal Data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.

6.3. The User's personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases stipulated by the Policy, as well as related to the implementation of current legislation.

6.4. The period of processing of personal data is unlimited. 7. The rights of the Contractor and the User.

7.1. The User expresses his consent to the transfer (distribution, provision, access), including cross-border, of personal data to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing personal data specified in this Consent.

7.3. The User has the right to withdraw such consent at any time by sending a notification to the Contractor via the Internet resource.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The User has the right to receive any clarifications on issues of interest related to the processing of his personal data by contacting the Contractor and sending a notification via the Internet resource.

8.2. This document will reflect any changes to the Contractor's personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
